Grateful and blessed to have you checkout my website for crafting calmness and therapy techniques. My name is Elizzabeth but you can call me Lizzy. I started my self therapy with making chunky blankets because it is something I can do with my hands. I discovered the process challenging yet calming as I learned how to knit these blankets. I am not much of an artist so I knew drawing or designing with paper art would not work for me.

What I like most about crafting these blankets are the yarn colors I can choose and make a beautiful blanket. My next lesson I want to take on is learning to crochet which is another area to use your hands in the process. Therapy is crafting art, that comes in many forms. Knitting or crocheting allows using your hands and the counting process that keeps your mind busy therefore helps with a relaxing atmosphere.

Finding your creative side and working out what you want to design helps each person process a mindfulness which is the therapy in creating. Whichever area you choose let your aspirations come as they flow into what you want to create. I am not an expert but rather on my own adventure to learning how to create my calmness craft. In sharing my art with you I am looking to help solve a problem for my audience, and provide content that provides guidance.

Remember, there are no rules, just your way of creating something you like. Heck, maybe you can then go onto entering a craft fair and sell your creations. Again, thanks for stopping by and let me know what you think or drop some ideas to creating a craft you like.
